UTAU is a Japanese vocal synthesizer developed by Ameya/Ayame. While similar to Vocaloid in functionality, utau stands out as a free tool that allows users to create and customize their own voicebanks.

Permitted use:
- Non-comercial use for track artwork.
- You may create derivative voicebanks, but clearly label them as unofficial and don’t present them as original UAloid releases.
Non-permitted use:
- Hate speech, discriminatory or politically manipulative content.
- Claiming the UAloid voice as your own or hiding its origin.
If you use UAloid in songs, videos, or games, please credit the voicebank name and its creators clearly.
